KUALA LUMPUR, March 11 (Bernama) -- Local tech startup SalesCandy International Sdn Bhd aims to triple its revenue in 2019 through aggressive expansion throughout Southeast Asia.
The tech solution provider’s latest collaboration with Thailand’s Regional Corporate Innovation Accelerator (RISE) in January and the securing of its first Vietnamese client at end-2018 are major steps in its dynamic growth plan.
Established in 2017, SalesCandy offers applications and solutions to increase sales productivity across various consumer-facing industries including real estate, private education, banking and insurance, automotive, and health and wellness.
Founder and chief executive officer Stanley Chee said the new partnership would see RISE representing the company to introduce and sell its solutions in the Thai market.
“The partnership with RISE brings us one step closer to our goal of becoming a regional player as we increase our presence in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines,” he said in a statement today.
Chee said the company’s flagship product, the SalesCandy app, enabled salespeople to respond in less than five minutes to any inquiry submitted through multiple traditional and digital channels, hence increasing sales conversion rates.
“Traditionally, the process requires two to seven days to complete, causing huge losses in sales opportunities for businesses.
“SalesCandy guarantees a 15 per cent increase in sales closing rate within 60 days of the implementation of the application, or the client would receive a refund if the results were otherwise,” he said.
Going forward, Chee said the company planned to bring to the market a series of new products with specific solutions that aimed to improve sales efficiency for both existing and new clients.
“There is definitely a lot in the pipeline and we are all excited with the prospects and the challenges ahead,” he added.
SalesCandy currently operates in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines.
