Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo blooms sakura theme this spring

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28 (Bernama) -- Japan’s prestigious international hotel, Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo (KPH) located in Shinjuku will host a special ‘Spring Cherry Blossom (Sakura) Festival’ from March 1 to April 30.

The Tokyo-based hotel’s executive chefs will specially prepare menu items based on the ‘Sakura’ cherry blossom theme and serve at eight of its hotel restaurants, including French and Italian, Chinese, Kaiseki, Korean and other restaurants.

A large and magnificent flower arrangement featuring cherry blossoms will also be displayed to serve as a perfect setting for commemorative photographs for all guests.

According to a statement, a magnificent five-metre tall flower arrangement based upon ‘Sakura’ will be displayed in the third floor main lobby, between March 30 and April 15.

The ‘Sakura’ cherry blossoms, blooming between March and April, are the most symbolic representation of spring in Japan, becoming a focal point of tourism for many foreign visitors.

KPH hosts a wide range of local and international guests who visit the hotel for its welcoming facilities, warm hospitality and unique services which allow guests to experience the quintessential Japanese culture.
