KUALA LUMPUR, April 23 (Bernama) -- AmInvest bagged the Best Domestic Fixed Income Fund Manager 2018 award at the recent Employees Provident Fund’s (EPF) External Fund Managers Annual Awards 2019.
The awards recognise the outstanding performance of external fund managers in managing EPF’s investment portfolio.
“Our team’s foresight and ability to apply a defensive investment strategy, coupled with our robust investment processes in place, was instrumental in helping to cushion the impact on the investment portfolio during the volatile market conditions of 2018,” said chief executive officer Goh Wee Peng in a statement.
As of March 2019, AmInvest’s total Assets Under Management (AUM) stood at an all-time high of approximately RM40.5 billion, 82 per cent of which comprised fixed income investments.
