KUALA LUMPUR, April 3 (Bernama) -- Advantest Corporation, a leading semiconductor test equipment supplier has announced the technical programmes and complete list of keynote speakers for VOICE 2019 Developer Conference in Scottsdale and Singapore.
VOICE is the leading conference for the growing international community of users and strategic partners involved with Advantest’s V93000 and T2000 SoC test platforms, offering opportunity to take part in making semiconductor testing operations.
The conference will feature technical programme involving more than 90 presentations across both locations (Scottsdale: May 14 to 15; Singapore: May 23), and submissions from authors representing 28 companies and 10 countries.
The general session on May 14 in Scottsdale, Arizona will include an Advantest technology discussion panel moderated by senior vice-president of the SoC business group and managing executive officer at Advantest Corporation, Hans-Juergen Wagner.
On May 15, the programme in Scottsdale will feature two keynote speakers, namely Dr Walden ‘Wally’ Rhines and Dr Hugh Herr, while in Singapore, the keynote speech will be delivered by Mark Stuart, co-founder of Anagram Group.
This year, the technical tracks will focus on device/system level test, the internet of things, test methodologies, hardware and software design integration and test solutions enabled by Advantest’s T2000 platform.
