REINVENTING INDUSTRIAL LANDSCAPE
At the span of 3,500 acres, Pulau Indah Industrial Park – or PIIP – Phase 1 and Phase 2 are today occupied by more than 500 companies with the core business activities that include manufacturing, logistics and warehousing. The development plan for the 793 acres of land dubbed as the Pulau Indah Industrial Park Phase 3 was initiated in 2012. The first of three sectors, Phase 3A, was launched in October 2013 and successfully sold out its entire 185 acres of industrial area with an overall gross development value (GDV) at RM299.29 million.
