KUALA LUMPUR, May 9 (Bernama) -- WeWork Companies Inc, as issuer of its 7.875 per cent Senior Notes due 2025 (Senior Notes) will hold a conference call on May 15 (4pm, Eastern Time) to discuss its financial results for the first quarter (Q1) of 2019.
Senior Notes’ current holders and beneficial owners, and bona fide prospective purchasers, who are qualified institutional buyers or non-United States persons, securities analysts, and market-making financial institutions may gain access to the call information for the conference call by registering on the company’s secure website.
According to a statement, parties requesting access to the website will be required to provide certain representations and warranties confirming their status and the information provided will be treated as confidential.
