AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications
TOKYO, June 23 (Bernama-BUSINESS WIRE) -- Toshiba Corporation’s (TOKYO:6502) Storage & Electronic Devices Solutions Company today announced the launch of N-channel MOSFETs in small packages for load switches in LED driver applications, including automotive dashboard meters and headlights and LED TV backlights, that are in the industry’s leading-class[1] for low on-resistance. Shipments of the new products start from today.
